Availability and Booking

Important:

You need to pre-book your stay at Longlands. If you turn up without a booking you will not be admitted. If you are en route from one place to another and want an overnight stay, please call and if we are on site we will be pleased to help.

Bookings are confirmed by email only.

Generally speaking we do not have the bandwidth to respond to messages from Facebook, Whatsapp etc. Please call or email.

Caravan and Motorhome pitches

The site is usually open from the beginning of March to the end of November, subject to the ground conditions. The washroom is closed when temperatures drop to prevent issues with freezing.

Note that we cannot accommodate twin axle caravans or motorhomes in excess of 8m length due to the access to the site. We have lots of space in the pitching area so an additional car, awnings etc. are no problem.

Please call us to enquire about availability. We can accommodate your group during most of the year.

Payments

During peak periods we may ask for a deposit payment. You will be invoiced for this by email if relevant. The deposit is returnable provided that you give us at least one calendar month’s notice of cancellation. Inside of that time window the deposit is forfeit.

Deposit payments can be made by a bank transfer or card payment for the deposit (ask if you need a card payment link). Once you are on site we also accept cash, ApplePay and GooglePay.
